We first used Bickford Building Services in June 2002. We wanted to extend and replace the kitchen in our Edwardian house and replace the back windows but still keeping in character with the house. I was apprehensive at first as we had two small children and the thought of major building work and no kitchen for an extended time was not a happy one (especially as my husband was working abroad!).
I can't praise BBS enough. The extension now stands with exceptional detail to the period and the highest attention to build quality and aftercare that we could hope for. All elements of the project from skip delivery to electricians ran seamlessly as did completion of our snagging list.
We have subsequently further improved our home by adding a standalone office in the garden in 2006 and a new solid floor fitted in the hall. We are looking to improve our bathrooms shortly and will not be considering another contractor for the work.

Bickford Building Services transformed our kitchen and two small rooms into a large open family room and kitchen. Obviously there was disruption but the team were very professional and helpful and always ready to adapt something to keep us functioning as best as possible.
